Construction
A straightforward body, engineered in detail.
Strength, tare weight and access must remain in balance. Every element is therefore defined together with the project dimensions and payload.
Walls and roof
Lightweight polyurethane-foam panels with a clean exterior finish and an interior that is easy to maintain.
Floor
Phenolic-coated plywood or aluminium deck selected according to the cargo and handling equipment.
Structure and mounting
The subframe is manufactured from S350GD or S355 structural steel, selected according to body geometry, load and the chassis mounting solution. Structural mountings use special grade 10.9 flange bolts with GEOMET® coating for corrosion protection.
Doors and rear frame
The rear frame is manufactured from galvanised steel, with stainless steel available as an option. All door hardware, including hinges, rods and locking systems, is manufactured from stainless steel. Side doors are positioned, where required, for the loading and delivery workflow.
Interior protection
Rails, skirting and protective surfaces in areas exposed to impacts, abrasion and cargo movement.
Exterior finish
Perimeter profiles, mudguards, side guards and accessories integrated into a coherent vehicle appearance.
Automotive-certified lighting
We use LED lamps for interior and exterior lighting, certified for automotive applications and selected for reliable operation on commercial vehicles.
Dhollandia tail-lift equipment
Bodies can be equipped with Dhollandia tail lifts in different capacities and project-specific configurations. Equipment type, capacity, platform dimensions and operating options are selected according to the chassis, cargo and loading process.
