Polyurethane panel with hidden gripping

DESRIPTION: Polyurethane foam thermal-insulating panels used both in new industrial buildings and in the renovation of the existing ones.

Panel with hidden gripping with polyurethane foam, providing a special aesthetics to the buildings, removing the compression traces of the fastening screws. They are used outdoors both for new industrial buildings and for the rehabilitation of existing ones, including for interior partitions. They are produced in a wide range of RAL colors, including imitation of brick, wood, stone or wallpaper.

Available thicknesses: 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm. Useful width: 1000 mm
Length: Upon the customer’s request, restricted by the means of transport
Permanent stock, including self-drilling screws for fastening the panel color and sealing washers.

Polyurethane panel with visible fastening

DESCRIPTION: Panels used in industrial and commercial buildings, refrigeration rooms with positive temperatures, and partitions, in general.

Are used for interior partitions and outdoor. Are produced in a wide range of RAL colors, including imitation of brick, wood, stone or wallpaper. Panels with thicknesses of 25,30,35 and 40 mm are delivered at a length of 13,5 m or are cut to the customer’s indications, of this length.

ROOF PANELS

Roof panel with 5 folds

DECRIPTION: DIALUST 5-folds roof panel provides a perfect insulation (against internal and external energy transfer).

Roof panel with 4-folds with polyurethane foam is a basic product in the field of industrial constructions. The advantages of this panel are: the self-support, thermal insulation, waterproofing and durability. Includes a washer fastening system (cap-riders).

The panel is profiled on the top (5 folds H 38 mm, situated at 250 mm distance from each other). Permanent stock, including caps, self-drilling screws for fastening the panel color and sealing washers.

Plate on the two sides:
Exterior – Hot galvanized steel sheet and painted in electrostatic field. Interior – steel sheet, glass fiber, aluminum or bituminous cardboard. Range of use: -40 / + 70 ° C. Roof slope: min. 7%. Fastening with self-perforating screws, washers and sealing gaskets, caps.

Roof panel dialust G9

DESCRIPTION: Panel made to ensure sound insulation and condensation removal, with hail resistance being a perfect replacement for the folded sheet.

DIALUST G9 is a 9-fold roof sandwich panel, an innovative DIALUST product with a number of technical features that make it the perfect choice for a quality building. It is made of pre-painted galvanized steel sheet 0.5 mm thick and 10 mm polyurethane foam insulation.

The product guarantees noise reduction, condensation removal and higher hail resistance compared to the traditional folded sheet thanks to the polyurethane foam layer.

DIALUST G9 is ideal for new buildings and for rehabilitation of old ones, particularly for rooms that do not require a high degree of thermal insulation.

It can be used both as a wall and as a roof.
