2. Data we process
Through the contact form we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry subject and message. File uploads are not accepted through the form. In subsequent communications, you may voluntarily provide technical or commercial information required to assess your project.
The website may also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, access date and time, where required for security and operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations — steps taken before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers and partners.
- Managing contractual relationships — performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- Website security — our legitimate interest in protecting infrastructure and managed information.
- Google Analytics — only on the basis of consent given through the cookie-management module.
Information submitted through the form is not automatically used for newsletters or marketing. Any recurring commercial communication will require a separate choice.
4. Recipients
Data may be accessed by DIALUST personnel responsible for handling the enquiry and, strictly where necessary, by providers of hosting, maintenance, security, email, legal or accounting services. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. DIALUST does not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some technical providers, including Google or the CAPTCHA service provider, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, safeguards recognised by European law are used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention periods
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for no more than three years from the last communication. Information relating to contracts, orders and warranties is retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as required by law. Technical data and cookies are retained for the periods described in the Cookie Policy.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including secure connections, access control, infrastructure updates and limiting access to personnel who require the data for their work.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and may object to certain processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. DIALUST does not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing.
To exercise your rights, email office@dialust.ro. We will generally respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when services, technologies or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
