Kit contents
A complete assembly, supplied as components.
Every component is based on the same dimensional project. Exact contents are confirmed in the configuration documentation.
Floor
Floor panel and internal structure configured for the load, application and temperature regime.
Side walls
Two panels manufactured to the length, height and thickness defined in the project.
Front wall
Front panel with the interfaces and local reinforcements required by the ordered configuration.
Roof
Insulated panel dimensioned together with the walls and prepared for assembly.
Rear-door kit
The kit includes doors, rear frame and associated hardware. Refrigerated configurations use a stainless-steel frame. Dry-freight configurations use a galvanised-steel frame, with stainless steel available as an option. All hardware, including hinges, rods and locking systems, is stainless steel. Refrigerated doors include thermowelded rubber seals with multiple sealing blades.
Subframe
Longitudinal and cross members manufactured from S350GD or S355 structural steel, selected according to body geometry, load and the chassis integration solution.
